Monday-Friday: Starting at 3:30 pm classes

At Jim McNally Boxing we teach proper boxing so you learn an excellent form of self-defense while you get in shape. We can do this because our classes are small, 12 members maximum. You get hands-on instruction in the fundamentals of boxing. 

You learn the proper stance, how to hold your hands, and the correct way to punch and block punches. You will work offense and defense and you will learn how to hit the heavy bag, the speed bag and the focus mitts. 




Our programs are designed and administered by Jim McNally and are based on his experience as an amateur and professional boxer and as the trainer of amateur and professional boxers. We offer Boxer Boot Camp Programs, Youth Classes, and Personal Training 6 days a week.

All of our classes are NON-CONTACT. And our programs are designed for men and women, young and old, at all levels of fitness.
